DLL is seeking a Scrum Master to support multiple distributed software development teams within our Asset Management Delivery Team. You will facilitate Scrum events, backlog refinement, and collaborate with Product Owners and the Release Train Engineer to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables across a global agile environment.

You will facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint retrospectives, sprint reviews, and work closely with a product owner to perform sprint planning and backlog refinement. The Scrum master must understand the priority set by the product owner, and execute the backlog as wished, making sure that deliverables are on time with production quality. The Scrum master requires commitment to building a strong collaborative environment with the team and the company. We are looking for someone with a passion for Agile, loads of good energy and someone who will focus on change. You will work for a global solution in the Asset Management Delivery Team and have the responsibility of supporting multiple global Scrum teams. Other major parts of the role are facilitating the Scrum events. This includes making sure the team is working smoothly and every team member has the tools to get their work done efficiently.
