Job summary

DLL is seeking a Compliance Intern (Communication) to assist the Core Compliance and Conduct team with creating and coordinating internal communications across DLL’s channels. The role includes supporting branding-aligned materials, newsletters, videos, and a company-wide awareness campaign.

You will work in a hybrid setting, collaborating with multiple stakeholders, and build experience in a multinational corporate environment. An HBO-level communications program is required.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in an HBO-level communication program (or similar).
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written).
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Works independently and focuses on results.
  • Affinity with corporate environments with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Core/Conduct Compliance teams for projects and ad hoc requests related to communication.
  • Develop communication channels and materials in line with DLL branding.
  • Assist in refreshing and modernizing Compliance SharePoint sites.
  • Assist in development of Compliance Newsletters and Videos.
  • Support the rollout of a company-wide Compliance awareness campaign.
  • Explore and suggest new ways to create Compliance awareness within a corporate environment.
  • Operate effectively in a hybrid working setting, in the office and from home.

Day To Day
  • Play a supportive role to the Core/Conduct Compliance teams for projects and ad hoc requests related to communication
  • Carry out communication channel and material development in line with DLL Corporate branding
  • Support in refreshing and modernizing Compliance SharePoint sites
  • Support in development of Compliance Newsletters and Videos
  • Support the rollout of a Compliance companywide awareness campaign
  • Explore and suggest new ways to create Compliance awareness within a corporate/banking organization
  • Operate effectively in a hybrid working setting, in the office and from home.

Good To Know
  • Deadline for application: Septmber 4th (Due to high volume of applications this requisition may close prior to posted close date).
  • The internship will start in September 2026.
  • You will receive an internship allowance of €350 - €500 gross per month, based on your educational level and 38 hours a week. If you work less, this amount will be prorated.
  • Students on work placement are paid a work placement allowance.
  • The selection process may involve an assessment.
