Arup in the Netherlands seeks an experienced Science and Industry Project Lead to drive complex, multidisciplinary projects and strengthen client relationships. You will shape growth, lead bids, and coordinate delivery across local and international teams within Arup’s global network.

You will combine hands-on project leadership with strategic client engagement, working to expand Arup’s Science and Industry footprint in the Netherlands while supporting the broader European and global capability

Qualifikationen

• Strong experience leading multidisciplinary science and industry projects.
• Experience managing project commercial performance, risk, quality, and client outcomes.
• A track record of building strong client relationships and identifying or developing new opportunities.
• Confidence working with senior clients, technical and commercial stakeholders.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams across locations.
• Good understanding of the science and industry sector and its clients.

Aufgaben

• Lead major multidisciplinary science and industry projects with accountability for client outcomes, commercial performance, risk, quality and mobilization of teams.
• Shape and deliver Science and Industry growth strategy in the Netherlands, translating market insight into a focused pipeline of opportunities.
• Grow strategic client relationships, acting as a trusted adviser and expanding our role across the project lifecycle.
• Lead strategic pursuits and major bids, from early positioning to bid leadership and conversion into sustainable work.
• Strengthen Arup’s position in the Dutch science and industry market and connect capabilities into a Total Design offer.
• Develop and mentor people while linking Netherlands delivery with Arup’s European and global network.
