Job summary

Arup in the Netherlands seeks an experienced Science & Industry Project Lead to drive complex, multidisciplinary projects and to turn strong client relationships into sustainable growth. You will shape our growth strategy, deepen existing client ties and identify opportunities with new clients across the Dutch market.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multidisciplinary science and industry projects.
• Experience managing project commercial performance, risk, quality, and client outcomes.
• Track record of building strong client relationships and identifying new opportunities.
• Confidence working with senior clients, technical and commercial stakeholders.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams across locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead major multidisciplinary science and industry projects, with accountability for outcomes, risk, quality and mobilization.
• Shape and deliver the Netherlands Science & Industry growth strategy with a focused pipeline.
• Grow strategic client relationships as a trusted adviser and expand our role across the project lifecycle.
• Lead strategic pursuits and major bids from early positioning to bid leadership and conversion.
• Strengthen Arup’s position in the Dutch market by linking engineering, advisory, sustainability and digital capabilities.
• Develop and mentor people, connecting local delivery with wider European and global expertise.
