Job summary

Optics11 is seeking a People Business Partner to help shape leadership and scale the organisation. You will partner with managers across the company to build high-performing teams, coach leaders, and guide people-related conversations while navigating employment law in a fast-growing tech environment.

As part of the People, Organisation & Culture team, you’ll contribute to culture, leadership development, and scalable people practices that support rapid growth and meaningful impact across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR related field.
• Experience in an HR Business Partner or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Dutch employment law.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers to build engaged, high-performing teams.
• Help new and experienced managers develop their leadership capabilities.
• Guide managers through performance, development and organisational conversations.
• Advise on employee relations matters and employment legislation.
• Support managers with performance improvement, absence management and other people-related cases.
• Contribute to leadership development initiatives and organisational changes.
