Job summary

ISISPACE, a leader in nanosatellites, seeks a documentation and quality specialist to manage technical documentation for satellite products. You will ensure compliance with quality requirements and processes, coordinating with SMEs to maintain design specs, component and material selections, and lifecycle documentation.

You will develop and maintain the configuration management plan, track configurations across projects, and support documentation efforts with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• BSc. degree in a relevant subject.
• 2+ years of experience in a relevant position, focused on documentation- and data management.
• Experience with technical documentation is a plus.
• Strong writing and editing skills in English (C1/C2).
• Proficiency with documentation- and configuration management tools and software, such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and PLM.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the configuration management plan, ensuring alignment with project requirements and standards.
• Track the status and history of all configurations throughout the project or product lifecycle.
• Support the development and maintenance of technical documentation through close collaboration with subject matter experts and stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Organize and categorize documentation for easy access and retrieval.
• Conduct reviews and quality assurance checks to ensure documentation meets established standards and guidelines.
• Assist in the implementation of documentation processes and best practices.
• Provide training and support to internal teams on how to use and access documentation effectively.
