Job summary

ISISPACE Group seeks a Technical/Tactical Buyer to translate procurement strategy into concrete results. You will own the full purchasing cycle, balancing price, quality, and delivery while building supplier relationships that last.

You’ll sit at the heart of our Procurement team, handling requests, sourcing materials, evaluating suppliers, and tracking delivery status with strong attention to detail and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• An MBO/HBO-level degree in procurement or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a (technical) purchasing role for complex systems.
• Solid grasp of quality standards and documentation — certificates of conformity and material certificates.
• Excellent, straightforward communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus).
• High energy, a hands-on mentality, and a genuine team player.
• Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle procurement requests end-to-end — from internal request to acceptance of delivered items.
• Source materials, parts, and components against internal requirements.
• Identify, evaluate, and select the right suppliers.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Track inventory and delivery status.
• Resolve complaints and non-conformances, and keep communication flowing between suppliers and internal teams.
• Support internal teams with general procurement administration
