Job summary

ISISPACE, a leader in nanosatellites, seeks a documentation and quality specialist to manage technical documentation for satellite products. You will ensure compliance with quality requirements and processes, coordinating with SMEs to maintain design specs, component and material selections, and lifecycle documentation.

You will develop and maintain the configuration management plan, track configurations across projects, and support documentation efforts with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• BSc. degree in a relevant subject.
• 2+ years of experience in a relevant position, focused on documentation- and data management.
• Experience with technical documentation is a plus.
• Strong writing and editing skills in English (C1/C2).
• Proficiency with documentation- and configuration management tools and software, such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and PLM.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

In this role, you will be part of the quality department and will be responsible for managing and organizing all technical documentation to support the company’s satellite products and services. Your primary focus will be ensuring compliance with quality requirements and adherence to established processes, including design specifications, component selection, and material selection.
