Job summary

Rolling Arrays is seeking a senior HRIS delivery lead to own end-to-end module delivery and lead client workshops. You will drive solution architecture decisions and develop junior talent while ensuring project quality and timely delivery.

This role carries mandatory team leadership accountability. You will manage full lifecycle HRIS implementations, design cross-module integrations, and mentor team members through HRIS certification journeys.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7-10 years HRIS experience; led at least 5 end-to-end implementations.
• Strong leadership, client management, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and guide cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated people management and team development capability.

Responsibilities

• Owns end-to-end module delivery and workshops; drives solution architecture decisions.
• Manages full lifecycle of HRIS implementations from initiation to go-live and support.
• Leads stakeholder engagement with senior client stakeholders; handles milestones and escalations.
• Mentors junior consultants; supports HRIS certification journeys; conducts regular 1:1 feedback.
