Job summary

Boston Scientific seeks a Finance Transformation Lead to support SAP S/4HANA deployments across global finance operations. You will drive standardization, automation, and process excellence while coordinating with IT, service delivery, and local finance teams.

The role requires deep accounting knowledge, SAP expertise, and strong communication skills to ensure deployment readiness and sustainable improvements across regions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance operations.
• Strong knowledge of inventory accounting processes.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
• Experience supporting ERP implementations or large-scale transformations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support SAP S/4HANA deployments from design through hypercare by gathering requirements and fit-gap analysis.
• Partner with deployment teams and represent GBS ATR in solution design discussions.
• Drive adoption of global standard processes and controls across S4 deployments.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, work instructions and deployment playbooks.
