Job summary

SIRE LIFE SCIENCES is seeking a Site Deployment Lead to drive a global SAP S/4HANA transformation across manufacturing sites. You will bridge the central project team with local operations, ensuring site readiness, training, cutovers and go-live support for a smooth transition to the new operating model.

Key focus areas include stakeholder management, data migration, risk control, and hands-on execution at multiple sites with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading ERP deployment, implementation, or business transformation projects in manufacturing.
• Involvement in SAP S/4HANA rollouts, ERP migrations, cutovers or site deployment programs.
• Experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, or complex production environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and change management experience.
• Experience coordinating testing, training and go-live support activities.
• Solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA and related business processes.
• Knowledge of PP/QM/PM/EWM or SCM processes and related data migration tasks.
• Familiarity with MES, OT, SCADA or industrial automation integrations is a plus.
• Excellent project coordination and deployment management skills.

Responsibilities

Role Description

As a Site Deployment Lead, you will play a key role in the successful implementation of a global SAP S/4HANA transformation program across manufacturing sites. Acting as the bridge between the central project team and local business operations, you will ensure that each site is prepared for deployment, aligned with program objectives, and ready to adopt new processes and systems. This position requires a combination of operational manufacturing expertise, stakeholder management, change leadership, and ERP deployment experience. You will support all phases of site readiness, including testing, training, cutover preparation, go-live support, and user adoption to ensure a smooth transition to the new operating model.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment activities at assigned manufacturing sites throughout the SAP S/4HANA implementation lifecycle.
• Coordinate site readiness activities and ensure alignment with global project timelines and standards.
• Manage local stakeholder engagement, including plant leadership, key users, and operational teams.
• Facilitate testing activities, including user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation of business processes.
• Organize and oversee end-user training programs to support successful system adoption.
• Support data migration, master data validation, and deployment preparation activities.
• Develop and execute cutover plans to ensure a seamless transition to the new SAP environment.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate deployment risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Provide on-site support during go-live and stabilization periods.
• Monitor adoption levels and drive change management initiatives to embed new ways of working.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Production, Maintenance, Quality, Planning, Logistics, Finance, and R&D.
• Escalate critical issues where required and ensure timely resolution of operational challenges.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading ERP deployment, implementation, or business transformation projects within manufacturing environments.
• Previous involvement in SAP S/4HANA rollouts, ERP migrations, cutovers, or site deployment programs.
• Experience working in FMCG, food manufacturing, process manufacturing, or other complex production environments.
• Demonstrated success managing stakeholder engagement and change management activities.
• Experience coordinating testing, training, and go-live support activities.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA and related business processes.
• Knowledge of one or more SAP functional areas such as Production Planning (PP), Quality Management (QM), Plant Maintenance (PM), Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), or Supply Chain operations.
• Familiarity with data migration, master data management, and deployment readiness processes.
• Understanding of manufacturing systems integrations, including MES, OT, SCADA, or industrial automation environments, is advantageous.
• Strong project coordination and deployment management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to influence and engage teams at all organizational levels.
• Strong problem-solving and risk management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, complex transformation environments.
• Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach to execution and delivery.
