Job summary

SIRE LIFE SCIENCES is seeking an ERP Site Deployment Lead to guide the rollout of a new ERP system at a manufacturing site, coordinating cross-functional teams and driving go-live activities.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of ERP deployment experience, preferably SAP, and excels in engaging shop-floor teams and senior leadership. This on-site role requires strong project delivery skills and clear English communication.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of ERP deployment experience, SAP preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing environments is highly preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Role Description

As a ERP Site Deployment Lead, you will be responsible for leading the successful deployment of a new ERP system at a manufacturing site. Acting as the main point of contact for all deployment activities, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, drive execution, support change management, and ensure the site is fully prepared for a smooth and successful go-live.

Responsibilities

• Own deployment readiness for the assigned site.
• Coordinate implementation activities across Production, Maintenance, Quality, Planning, Logistics, Finance, and R&D.
• Drive testing, training, cutover, and go-live activities.
• Monitor risks, issues, and project progress.
• Act as the key liaison between site teams, leadership, IT, and external partners.
• Support change management and engage stakeholders across all levels.
• Ensure processes and work instructions are tested and embedded.
• Drive alignment to deliver a successful ERP implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, IT, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in ERP deployment, SAP implementation, or business transformation.
• Experience within a manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
• Strong project delivery and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on, execution-driven, and comfortable working with both shop-floor teams and senior leadership.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Willingness to work on-site throughout the project.
