Job summary

SIRE LIFE SCIENCES is seeking a Manufacturing ERP Deployment Lead to oversee ERP implementation across multiple factory locations in the Netherlands. You will coordinate change activities, manage stakeholder engagement and ensure a timely, smooth deployment.

Applicants should have at least 7 years in supply chain projects or ERP transformations, with a proven SAP deployment track record and manufacturing exposure. Strong communication and leadership on the shop floor are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in supply chain projects, ERP deployment or business transformation.
• Proven track record with SAP deployments or similar large‑scale systems.
• Manufacturing experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own deployment readiness for each site and coordinate activities across workstreams.
• Serve as the primary contact for deployment across manufacturing, maintenance, quality, planning, R&D and finance.
• Drive testing, training and cutover activities for a smooth transition.
• Monitor risks, issues and dependencies throughout the deployment.
• Align with site teams and leadership to enable seamless implementation.
• Collaborate with IT, external partners and process owners to meet project goals.
• Lead shop floor change management to gain buy‑in and adoption.

• Maintain close alignment with site teams and leadership to facilitate seamless implementation.
• Collaborate with IT teams, external partners, and process owners to deliver on project goals.
• Lead change management efforts on the shop floor, engaging employees and stakeholders to foster acceptance and adoption of the new ERP system.

Requirements:
