Job summary

ASML in the Netherlands seeks a SAP Platform Leader to own the SAP Platform domain across the Enterprise Platforms value stream. You will manage the domain teams (up to 10 direct reports) and deliver roadmaps aligning with quality, time, and cost constraints.

You will drive modernization across SAP Basis, S/4HANA, and SAP BTP, coordinating with SAP, hyperscalers, and SI partners. This role emphasizes governance, standardization, and scalable platform delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience leading SAP platform teams in large-scale enterprises.
• Proven ability to translate roadmaps into domain plans with measurable outcomes.
• Strong governance, risk, and delivery management capabilities.
