Job summary

SIRE LIFE SCIENCES is seeking an experienced SAP Functional Consultant to support transformation across PP, PM, QM, EWM/LE, FI/CO or PLM. You will collaborate with stakeholders, configure SAP processes, and ensure successful implementations while coordinating with technical teams.

The role requires hands-on testing, requirements gathering, and strong communication in English, with international, cross-functional teamwork across projects. Willingness to travel may be needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an SAP Functional Consultant in PP, PM, QM, EWM/LE, FI/CO or PLM.
• Strong understanding of SAP business processes.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.
• Experience in implementation, rollout, migration or transformation projects.
• Hands-on configuration and functional testing experience.
• Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP functional solutions.
• Configure and support SAP processes within your area of expertise.
• Work with business users and process owners to understand current and future processes.
• Support SAP implementation, rollout and transformation activities.
• Prepare and execute functional and integration testing.
• Support UAT, defect resolution and issue management.
• Prepare functional documentation, process flows and work instructions.
• Support key users and end users during implementation.
• Coordinate with technical teams for developments, integrations and enhancements.
• Participate in cutover, go-live and hypercare activities.
• Identify process improvements and opportunities for SAP standardization.
• Support training and knowledge transfer to business users.

The Nuenen site is one of its major Dutch production locations.

About the Role

We are looking for experienced SAP Functional Consultants to support the transformation across one or more of the following SAP areas: Production Planning, Plant Maintenance, Quality Management, Extended Warehouse Management / Logistics Execution, Finance & Controlling, Product Lifecycle Management. You will work closely with business stakeholders, process owners and technical teams to ensure SAP solutions meet business requirements and are successfully implemented.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Experience with SAP integration between different modules is an advantage.
