Job summary

Amoria Bond is seeking a Junior/Medior Functional SAP Application Manager in the Netherlands. You will ensure continuity of the SAP environment, support end users, and coordinate external SAP partners on incidents, changes and improvements.

Based in an international SAP environment with a modern S/4HANA landscape, you will own the functional side and bridge business and IT. This role offers permanent or contract-to-hire arrangements and opportunities for development.

Qualifications

• HBO-level professional capability or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Functional SAP Application Manager.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC.
• Knowledge of SAP SD and MM.
• Basic knowledge of SAP EWM and FI/CO.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem & Change Management).
• Experience with JIRA or similar ticketing systems.
• Basic knowledge of SAP Customizing and ABAP is an advantage.
• Good communication skills and a proactive approach.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Role: Junior / Medior Functional SAP Application Manager

Hours: Full-time

Location: Netherlands

Contract: Permanent employment or contract-to-hire

For an international organisation, we are looking for a Junior+ or Medior Functional SAP Application Manager to act as the link between the business and IT.

You will be responsible for the continuity of the SAP environment, supporting end users and key users, and coordinating external SAP partners on incidents, changes and improvements.

You will work within a modern SAP S/4HANA landscape, covering key business processes including Order-to-Cash, Purchase-to-Pay, Logistics, Reporting & Finance and Master Data. Technical management is largely outsourced, giving you ownership of the functional side and making you the key link between the business and external suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional management of SAP S/4HANA.
• Handle incidents, user questions and change requests.
• Manage JIRA tickets with external support partners.
• Monitor SLAs, progress and the quality of solutions.
