Senior SAP S/4HANA Finance (FICO) Consultant – Training Content Development

Contract: Freelance / Contractor

Duration: 4 months (January – April 2026, option to extend)

For a high‑tech organisation in the Eindhoven region we are looking for an experienced Senior SAP S/4HANA Finance (FICO) Consultant with a strong background in developing English‑language training materials. This assignment focuses entirely on training content creation – not on delivering the training itself.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, structure, and develop high‑quality training content for topics including:
  • Universal Journal (ACDOCA)
  • Parallel Accounting & Valuation
  • Asset Accounting
  • Profit Center Accounting
  • Banking & Cash Management

Required Skills and Experience

• SAP S/4HANA Finance / FICO Expertise – strong and deep functional knowledge of S/4HANA Finance processes, including Universal Journal, Parallel Valuation, Asset Accounting, Controlling integration, and related Finance functionality.
• Training Content Development – proven experience in creating instructor‑led training materials, documentation, or conceptual learning content.
• Conceptual & Analytical Strength – ability to break down complex SAP concepts and translate them into clear, structured, and accessible learning materials.
• Communication Skills – excellent communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus.
• Experience working in large‑scale, complex or international environments is an advantage.
