Job summary

GeekSoft Consulting in Apeldoorn, Netherlands seeks an experienced SAP CRM Consultant to design, build and continuously improve the client's online platform, focusing on SAP CRM/SD (on-premise) and upcoming Salesforce transition.

You will work with a multidisciplinary Agile team, participate in Scrum/DevOps, ensure resiliency, monitor environments, and translate client needs into scalable solutions while maintaining high standards and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of SAP CRM experience.
• Minimum 3 years in an Agile environment.
• Translate client and user requirements into practical, scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with the Project Architect and SAP Lead Consultant on key design and architectural decisions and works closely with the Integration Specialist on integration-related requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP CRM.
  
• Minimum 3 years of experience working in an Agile environment.
  
• Translate client and user requirements into practical, scalable solutions.
  
• Collaborate with the Project Architect and SAP Lead Consultant on key design and architectural decisions and works closely with the Integration Specialist on integration-related requirements.
  
• Develop, configure, and maintain SAP CRM/SD functionality.
  
• Monitor the operational SAP environment, including message traffic, jobs, actions, and short dumps.
  
• Maintain mail forms and Word document templates.
  
• Contribute to Project VIBE, supporting the transition from SAP CRM to Salesforce.
  
• Participate in Scrum/DevOps sessions with the Product Owner and users to analyze requirements and develop effective solutions.
  
• Provide 2nd and 3rd line support to the user organization.
  
• Apply and maintain SAP Kadaster standards.
  
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary Agile teams and stakeholders.
  
• Demonstrable HBO-level or higher education and professional working/thinking level.
  
• SAP CRM certification.
