Job summary

GeekSoft Consulting in Amsterdam is seeking a Senior SAP FICO Business Analyst to design and implement SAP FICO solutions on S/4HANA, with a focus on brownfield migrations and rollout across business units.

You will translate requirements, lead stakeholders, prepare functional designs, manage changes, and support testing, go-live and hypercare, while maintaining clear communication and disciplined planning.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of SAP FICO and business-analysis experience.
• Experience with brownfield S/4HANA migration is a strong advantage.
• Ability to translate business requirements into SAP FICO solutions.
• Experience leading requirements gathering with key stakeholders.
• Experience preparing functional designs and supporting implementations.
• Coordinate change requests through the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Senior SAP FICO Business Analyst with 8+ years of SAP experience, including strong Business Analysis responsibilities and expertise in SAP FICO and S/4HANA.
• Hands-on experience with brownfield S/4HANA migration projects is a strong advantage.
• Translate business requirements into effective SAP FICO functional solutions.
