Job summary

Eswelt is actively seeking a Senior Salesforce Technical Consultant to support and extend a Salesforce environment. This hands-on advisory role requires strong technical skills and the ability to work with business stakeholders to translate complex needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.

You will configure Service Cloud, analyze issues, guide design and implementation, and drive platform improvements while leveraging Salesforce AI / Agentforce capabilities.

Job description

For one of our clients, we are urgently looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Technical Consultant to support and further develop their Salesforce environment. This is a hands-on consulting role for someone who is technically strong, but also comfortable working directly with business stakeholders. You will analyse complex requirements, identify root causes and translate these into scalable Salesforce solutions.

What we’re looking for

• Senior Salesforce Consultant / Technical Consultant
• Strong hands-on Service Cloud experience
• Technically strong within the Salesforce platform
• Able to bridge business and technology
• Experience with complex enterprise Salesforce environments
• Salesforce AI / Agentforce experience is highly preferred
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Able to work independently and hit the ground running

Contract

• Start: ASAP
• Duration: 6 months, option to extend
• Hours: 16 hours per week
• Hybrid: approximately 1 day per week on-site
