Job summary

Yara Netherlands is seeking an experienced Technical Architect to design and implement scalable Salesforce architecture that aligns with our digital commercial goals. You will bridge business needs with technical reality and lead complex integrations.

You will guide development teams, define technical roadmaps, govern CI/CD, and ensure security and performance while mentoring engineers and collaborating with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in business, engineering or computer science.
• At least 5 years in IT with 3 years as an IT Architect.
• Experience with Agile processes and SAFe.
• Salesforce experience or certification required.
• Strong analytics and communication skills; English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable and secure Salesforce architecture aligned with business goals.
• Lead complex integrations and governance with enterprise standards.
• Guide development teams and perform code reviews; mentor staff.
• Define technical roadmaps and manage CI/CD and release processes.
• Act as liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Ensure projects meet budget, timelines, and resource constraints.
• Oversee security and integration with external systems.
