Job summary

Fluence, a global leader in intelligent energy storage and software, is seeking an AI Specialist / Vibe Coder to accelerate automation for Sales and Marketing. You will design AI agents, prototype workflows, build Salesforce Flow logic, and deliver proofs-of-concept in days — not weeks.

You will own AI use cases across Agentforce, Gong, and Salesforce automation, collaborating with Directors, IT, and partners.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on Salesforce automation experience.
• Experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, or AI agents.
• Proven ability to ship working prototypes quickly.
• Ability to work with non-technical business stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of B2B sales workflows.
• Knowledge of data security and governance for AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and iterate on Agentforce agents for Sales use cases.
• Develop and maintain Salesforce Flow automations that reduce manual handoffs.
• Prototype rapid AI and automation proofs-of-concept within 1–3 days per prototype.
• Support third-party implementation partners on AI-adjacent decisions as business AI authority.
• Produce adoption aids and internal tooling including prompt guides and quick-start assistants.
• Evaluate new LLM and agent capabilities and translate into value-generating changes.
• Collaborate with IT on security, data access governance, and production deployment.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to define automation requirements and ensure shipped solutions match workflows.
