Job summary

Booking.com is seeking a Salesforce Administrator in Amsterdam on a one-year contract. You will support development and implementation of Salesforce features across the commercial organization and maintain functionality, driving user satisfaction and adoption.

You will collaborate with Developers, Commercial Strategy and Operations, Campaign Managers, and other teams to design processes, automate with Flows, manage users, reports, and data quality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce.com platform.
• Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a service-oriented mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have a strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices.
• Certified Salesforce Administrator and Advanced Administrator.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with impacted stakeholders to gather business requirements and document proposals for system design.
• Implement Salesforce features with automation and efficiency using Flows and automations.
• Perform system administration: user management, field configurations, workflows, Lightning Flows, record types, picklists, page layouts, and data management.
• Provide training and user support, drive adoption and satisfaction.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards and ensure data quality.
• Serve as first-line support; escalate to Salesforce Support or developers as needed.
• Maintain a Knowledge Base of frequent issues and solutions.
• Network across the department at operational and strategic levels.

As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting development and implementation of new Salesforce features across the commercial organization as well as maintaining existing Salesforce functionality and ensuring user satisfaction and adoption. You actively support platform development strategy by understanding user needs as well as working closely with Developers, Commercial Strategy and Operations Team, Business Development Managers, Campaign Managers, and other teams within Booking Ads.

This role is a one-year contract.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Collaborate with impacted stakeholders in gathering business requirements from end-users, and document the proposals for system design and improvements;
• Implement features within Salesforce with a focus on automation and efficiency through Flows & automations for a seamless end to end experience.
• Performs system administration functions such as user management (profiles and roles), field and validation rule configuration, Workflow rules, Lightning Flows, record types, picklists, page layout management, data management;
• Provide training and user-assistance, support adoption and create satisfaction;
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards as well as Salesforce data quality.
• Act as the first line of support for issues, escalating to Salesforce Support or developers as needed.
• Maintain a Knowledge Base of frequent issues and solutions.
• Network on operational, managerial and strategic level across the department

Qualifications & Skills:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce.com platform.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a service-oriented mindset, proficient in diagnosing issues, interpreting data, and recommending impactful solutions.
