Job summary

Lepaya is seeking an ambitious, recently certified Salesforce enthusiast to join a 6-month paid traineeship in the Netherlands. You will be mentored by a Salesforce expert and learn through a structured path from fundamentals to real-world administration, with the aim of securing a permanent role after completion.

Responsibilities include supporting internal users, building basic configurations in a sandbox, and maintaining data quality.

Qualifications

• Recently certified or making a career shift to Salesforce administration.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfort triaging support requests and following up with users.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal Salesforce support requests from start to finish.
• Perform basic configuration tasks in sandbox and assist deployment processes.
• Help maintain data quality and keep user guides up to date.
• Grow into more complex projects with mentorship and guidance.
