Job summary

STX Group is seeking a dynamic Sales and Trading professional to build a customer portfolio in Europe, starting with the Polish market. You will develop and execute trading strategies with your team, negotiating favorable terms and driving commercial outcomes.

You will engage with prospective clients, understand their needs, and tailor sustainable energy solutions. This role offers exposure to diverse professionals and opportunities to grow within environmental commodities trading.

Qualifications

Relevant professional experience in sales, trading, business development, or account management.
Experience within sustainability, energy markets, or financial services is a strong advantage.
Fluent Polish and English at business level; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

Build and develop your own customer portfolio within the Polish market, focusing on wholesale and corporate clients.
Negotiate and execute transactions with new and existing counterparties, driving commercial outcomes.
Structure complex deals and collaborate with trading, analysis, and operations teams for successful execution.
Stay on top of market developments, monitor trends, and identify commercial opportunities.
Provide market intelligence to counterparties, adding value beyond transactions.
Work with analysts to develop and execute trading strategies aligned with conditions and client needs.
