Job summary

Blu, Amsterdam-based OTC broker and liquidity provider, invites applications for a Sales Trader role focused on the Polish Market to join our Power Desk in Amsterdam and grow a client portfolio across environmental and power markets.

You will own the full sales cycle from outreach to close, targeting Polish clients, delivering pricing and market insights, with 0–3 years of relevant experience and native Polish plus fluent English. This is a 6-month initial, on-site contract in De Pijp.

Qualifications

• Polish native level and English fluent required.
• 0–3 years in B2B sales, recruitment, or sales trading.
• 3U degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or International Business.

Responsibilities

• Proactively prospect and build a Polish client portfolio via direct cold calling and networking.
• Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to pitching, closing, and revenue realization.
• Act as the primary market contact for clients with daily pricing, updates, and market insights.
