Job summary

Jobster in the Netherlands is seeking a Sales Support to assist the Account Managers and Inside Sales team in Nijmegen. You will handle quotations, orders, and contracts while keeping clients informed and engaged throughout the process.

The role includes ongoing training, a fixed contract, and opportunities to grow within an international, energetic team based in a modern building near Nijmegen.

Qualifications

• You speak excellent English.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent.
• 2–4 years experience in a Customer Service or Sales Support role.
• Commercial mindset and keen eye for detail.
• Commutable distance to Nijmegen, no relocation needed.
• Available to work 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Managers and Inside Sales team.
• Manage sales orders and contracts.
• Create and manage quotations for regular clients.
• Maintain client relationships post-sale; cross-sell and upsell as appropriate.
• Update clients on order status and coordinate with logistics to resolve delivery issues.

Job description

These will be your daily challenges as a Sales Support:

• Supporting the Account Managers and the Inside Sales team;
• Managing the sales orders and contracts;
• Creating and managing quotations for your regular clients;
• Maintaining the relationship with these clients after the deal has been closed: using your commercial skills to cross and up-sell;
• Updating your clients on the status of their order, and communicating with logistics to solve delivery issues;

Requirements

Here's the identikit of the next Sales Support:

• You speak excellent English;
• You have a Bachelor's or Master's, or equivalent educational level;
• You have 2-4 years experience in a Customer Service or Sales Support role;
• You have a commercial mindset and an eye for details;
• You live on a commutable distance from Nijmegen (without the need to relocate);
• You are available 40 hours a week.

Please note that we can only consider candidates who already live in the Netherlands, within commuting distance of Nijmegen, as we are unable to offer visa sponsorship or a relocation package for this role.
