Job summary

A-Gas in the Netherlands is expanding its Rapid Recovery sales team to develop new business and strengthen client relationships across municipal, retail, and industrial sectors. The role combines hands-on recovery work with proactive selling and customer education.

You will travel regularly to customer sites, work from home, and occasionally support A-Gas locations. A self-motivated, communicative individual with a clean driving license and mechanical aptitude will thrive in this dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Sales experience or desire to move into sales.
• Mechanical aptitude or experience.
• Desire to work in a role combining sales with practical recovery service jobs on customer premises.
• Experience in small team environments with varied tasks.
• Good communication skills and enthusiasm for selling.
• Self-motivated with flexible location and hours.
• Able to learn new skills and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business for Rapid Recovery territory by securing new clients and strengthening existing relationships.
• Support growth of customer-focused service to improve recoveries safely and efficiently.
• Balance job delivery with customer engagement to explain benefits of the new offer.
• Travel regularly to customer sites and occasional support of A-Gas sites.
• Work from home with travel-focused activities and administration.
