Zusammenfassung

A-Gas in the Netherlands is expanding its Rapid Recovery sales team to develop new business and strengthen client relationships across municipal, retail, and industrial sectors. The role combines hands-on recovery work with proactive selling and customer education.

You will travel regularly to customer sites, work from home, and occasionally support A-Gas locations. A self-motivated, communicative individual with a clean driving license and mechanical aptitude will thrive in this dynamic team.

Qualifikationen

• Develop new business for Rapid Recovery territory by securing new clients and strengthening existing relationships.
• Support growth of customer-focused service to improve recoveries safely and efficiently.
• Balance job delivery with customer engagement to explain benefits of the new offer.

Experience, Knowledge and Qualifications

Essential

• Sales experience or a strong desire to move into a sales role
• Mechanical aptitude or experience
• Desire to work in a role that combines sales with practical completion of recovery service jobs on customer premises ranging from industrial to retail and potentially air conditioning,
• Experienced in working in a small team and carrying out a wide sphere of tasks
• Good communication skills; able to demonstrate the enthusiasm and the skills needed for effective selling
• Self-motivated individual with a flexible approach to location and hours
• Able to learn new skills and technologies
• Clean Driving license

Desirable

• Experience of refrigeration systems
• City and Guilds 2079 cat 1 qualification / CiTB J11 / FGcat1
• Competent in the use of MS office applications on PC and iPad
