Job summary

Magic Movers in Nederland zoekt een sales/klantenservice professional die dagelijks contact heeft met klanten en collega’s. Je adviseert telefonisch en per e-mail, begeleidt verhuizingen en verwerkt offertes, planning en kostenberekeningen.

Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten en movers. Een proactieve instelling en kalmte in complexe situaties zorgen voor een vlotte uitvoering van verhuizingen. Er is ruimte voor ontwikkeling en teamactiviteiten.

Qualifications

• Vereist: uitstekende schriftelijke en mondelinge vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels.
• Klantgerichte service en verkoopmentaliteit.
• Stressbestendig en proactieve houding.

Responsibilities

• Opstellen van offertes en overtuigen van potentiële klanten waarom Magic Movers te kiezen.
• Tijdige communicatie over planning en aanpassingen aan belanghebbenden: klanten, cliënten en medewerkers.
• Inplannen van verhuizingen en inventarisaties.
• Berekenen van verhuiskosten en factureren.
• Beantwoorden van dagelijkse inkomende e-mails.

Job description

Together with your team, you help customers make the right choices.

In this commercial, sales, and service-oriented role, you speak daily with customers and colleagues. You advise customers by phone and/or email and go through their move with them. Additionally, you apply for permits with municipalities, calculate moving costs, create invoices, and maintain contact with the movers on duty.

You are a key point of contact for our customers and the movers. By taking initiative and keeping a cool head in complicated situations, you will ensure everything runs smoothly.

• Day shift
• Mon-Fri
• Weekend availability

• Create quotes and convince potential customers why they should choose Magic Movers
• Timely communication regarding planning and adjustments to stakeholders: customers, clients, and employees
• Scheduling moves and inventories
• Calculate moving costs and invoice
• Respond to daily incoming emails

Language Skills:

• Dutch (Required)
