Job summary

Verisure is seeking a Sales Performance Manager in Amsterdam to lead a team of analysts and optimize sales performance. You will drive incentive design, perform performance analyses, and partner with Sales and Finance to guide commercial decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical mindset and ability to drive data-driven decisions.
• Experience leading a team of analysts or coaching junior colleagues.
• Excellent communication skills across departments and senior stakeholders.
• Proficient in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Proficient in Power BI for dashboards and insights.
• Strong PowerPoint skills for presenting findings.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Sales Performance Analysts.
• Design and calculate bonus schemes with accuracy and consistency.
• Design and implement incentives for Field Sales teams.
• Analyze performance trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards (Excel, Power BI).
• Provide data-driven insights to Sales, Finance and other departments.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses and translate data into actionable recommendations.
