Job summary

Cartier is seeking a passionate Boutique Assistant for its Amsterdam Bijenkorf boutique. You will be the face of the Maison, welcoming clients and supporting sales associates during transactions.

Your day will involve managing client experiences, helping with daily operations, and ensuring that the boutique remains a beautiful and engaging environment. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills in English and Dutch, a passion for luxury, and a commitment to excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet clients upon arrival in the boutique.
• Manage waiting time, providing information about the boutique.
• Assist during sales and manage gift wrapping.
• Help with client services and quick tasks as needed.
• Ensure the boutique's environment is impeccable.
• Handle daily replenishment of selling floor supplies.

Our world‑leading luxury Maison in Jewelry and Watches - Cartier is looking for a passionate and highly professional Boutique Assistant to join our boutiques in Amsterdam.

As an Ambassador of the Maison, you will be responsible for welcoming our clients, managing waiting time and ensuring that they are being taken care of in the most efficient manner. You will also support in assisting the Sales Associates during sales and participate in daily boutique operations. Please note that this internship is to start as soon as possible.

How will you make an impact?

• Welcoming and greeting clients upon their arrival in the boutique.
• Support in managing the waiting time, providing information and storytelling about the Maison and the boutique, and making sure the clients are being taken care of.
• Assisting the team throughout the sales, managing gift wrapping, assisting discreetly with various tasks as needed.
• Assisting the team with client services, such as executing quick services as needed (cordon change, etc.).
• Support in ensuring the boutique's environment is impeccable and assisting with the boutique's daily set up and breakdown for opening/closing.
• Supporting in handling the daily replenishment of selling floor supplies such as shopping bags, catalogues, pouches, stationery, wrapping paper, client beverages as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
