Job summary

Virtuagym is seeking a motivated Sales Operations Intern to support our RevOps team in Amsterdam. You will learn how sales processes drive growth, optimize workflows, and turn data into insights that inform business decisions.

You'll contribute to Salesforce optimization, dashboard building, and AI-driven workflow improvements while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced scale-up with a remote-friendly culture.

Qualifications

What This Role Looks Like

As our Sales Operations Intern, you'll support the systems and processes that help drive revenue growth. You’ll work closely with our Sales team to assist in streamlining workflows, optimize Salesforce functionality, and turn data into insights that fuel better decisions.

You’re not just here to watch – you’ll actively contribute by supporting projects that improve efficiency, digitalization, and automation in Salesforce, while learning how RevOps delivers value to a growing business.

Some of your key tasks as a Sales Operations Intern

• Mapping the area, documenting processes, and building materials.
• Support the Sales team with Salesforce – helping with troubleshooting, updates, and day-to-day operations.
• Support the adoption and use of AI tools across Sales – helping identify relevant use cases, testing solutions, documenting best practices, and improving efficiency through AI-driven workflows.
• Assist in building and updating dashboards that track sales performance, pipeline health, and KPIs.
• Help review workflows and processes to spot opportunities for automation and improvements.
• Collaborate with the Sales Ops team on data checks, audits, and reporting to improve accuracy and forecasting.
• Provide support for documenting processes and creating guides for the sales team's adoption.
• Gain hands-on experience with CRM best practices and the commercial tech stack.

What You Will Bring To The Team

• Interest in Sales Operations, CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus, but not required), and how tech supports business growth.
• The ability to identify opportunities where AI can improve efficiency, reduce manual work, and support better decision‑making.
• A background in Business, Data, or Technical studies (or equivalent practical interest/experience).
• Strong analytical mindset – comfortable working with data, Excel/Sheets, and numbers.
