Job summary

ERIKS is seeking a Sales Manager Sealing & Polymer to lead a team of Application Engineers and technical specialists. You will translate deep knowledge of polymers and sealing solutions into commercial growth, partnerships and durable customer value.

With a coaching leadership style and strong market insight, you will foster a data-driven sales culture, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and report to the Manager Product Sales.

Qualifications

• Must have HBO/WO level in commercial/technical/business field.
• Experience leading commercial teams in technical B2B sales.
• Proven track record in solution selling and strategic account planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Application Engineers and the Product Sales Team.
• Improve commercial skills and solution selling capabilities within the team.
• Build opportunity funnels and increase quote hit rate.
• Drive account planning for key customers and identify TCO savings.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering and Sales to meet targets.
