We are seeking a commercially minded, highly organized Sales Coordinator to support our wholesale expansion across EMEA. Positioned at the intersection of sales operations and administration, you will keep our sales engine running smoothly.
In this role, you will handle hands-on order fulfillment and documentation while proactively engaging with dealers, maintaining sales pipelines, and helping align priorities across our international sales teams. In addition you'll take a lead role handling more complex orders and act as a first point of contact for the Sales Operations team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Administration & Operations
- Manage the full sales order fulfillment process from order release through delivery, ensuring high accuracy in ERP and CRM systems.
- Handle sales-related documentation, credit/debit notes, and vehicle registration processes (e.g., RDW, VWE) within defined SLAs.
- Serve as an internal operational contact for commercial, system, and procedural questions, helping track team priorities and flag potential workflow bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with Country Managers to maintain pipeline visibility and track commercial opportunities in the CRM.
- Conduct proactive outreach to dealers, distributors, and commercial partners to promote wholesale campaigns, available inventory, and ex-company vehicles.
- Support Sales and Marketing teams during peak seasons, market-specific campaigns, product launches, and dealer engagement initiatives.
3. Reporting & Business Insights
- Maintain sales dashboards tracking lead conversion, pipeline status, and overall commercial activity.
- Provide data-driven input during weekly sales meetings to support forecast accuracy and planning.
What You Bring
- Experience: Demonstrated background in sales support, commercial administration, or business development (lead qualification, order management, account coordination).
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). Working knowledge of CRM platforms (Salesforce) and ERP systems (SAP) is strongly preferred.
- Soft Skills: Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and a proactive, "get-it-done" attitude.
- Industry Interest: A genuine passion for electric vehicles, powersports, or sustainable mobility is a definite advantage.
- Languages: Professional fluency in English & Germanis required. Additional European languages are a strong plus.
