Job summary

adidas in Amsterdam is seeking a passionate retail associate to deliver outstanding customer service and uphold our brand standards on the shop floor.

You will maintain merchandising excellence, process deliveries, assist with stock checks, and be a brand ambassador who connects with customers to inspire confidence in our products and in the adidas lifestyle. Teamwork and flexibility are essential for daily store goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in sport or fashion retail is preferred.
• Experience in stockroom operations is a plus.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to assist on the shop floor when needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high merchandising and housekeeping standards at all times.
• Process incoming deliveries and replenish sales floors.
• Assist with regular stock counts and inventory checks.
• Be a brand ambassador by engaging customers and upholding adidas values.
• Support daily operations to achieve store goals as part of a team.
