adidas in the Netherlands seeks a Sales Consultant to greet customers and provide outstanding service in a fast-paced retail setting. You will act as a brand ambassador, energizing shoppers with product knowledge and a customer-first attitude.

Collaborate across visual merchandising, stock replenishment and deliveries to drive sales and store performance. Embrace learning through training and stay current on sport and fitness trends to uphold adidas standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a sport or fashion retail environment.
• Passion for sport, fitness or fashion.
• Motivated by targets and have knowledge of store KPIs.
• Effective customer service and sales skills.
• Being a team player, resilient, eager to learn & curious.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide outstanding service in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Work collaboratively and drive sales by assisting in visual merchandising, stock replenishment, deliveries and general store upkeep to win together as a team to achieve store goals.
• Take ownership and be proactive in your own learning by completing all applicable training and effectively applying them on the shop floor.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and trends in sport and fitness
