Job summary

IL LANIFICIO is seeking a Sales Assistant for both part-time and full-time roles at Amsterdam The Style Outlets. You will deliver an excellent customer experience, support sales, maintain tidy shop displays, and assist with day-to-day operations.

The position involves teamwork, flexibility, and occasional travel for training to other stores. The role requires strong sales and customer service skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and good English.

We are looking for a SALES ASSISTANT (Part-time and Full-time) for our store in Amsterdam The Style Outlets.

Your role:

As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience, supporting sales and helping to achieve the shop’s targets. You will work with the team to ensure the shop is kept tidy, products are displayed correctly and day-to-day operations are managed effectively.

What you will do:

• Implement the company service model to ensure a high-level customer experience
• Promote excellence in sales, ensuring customer service and loyalty
• Share sales results and product needs with the Store Manager
• Ensure an impeccable image for the store, supported by the Visual department
• Be responsible for receiving, reordering and correctly arranging goods in the warehouse
• Carry out online sales support activities
