In this role you will deliver outstanding service, learn our products, maintain brand-aligned visual merchandising, support store operations, and contribute to a friendly, inclusive team. Weekend availability is a plus and growth opportunities are offered within VF.

Qualifications

• Weekend availability required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Dutch and English language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of customer service and ensure customers feel welcome.
• Develop thorough knowledge of Napapijri products and collections.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines.
• Support store operations, including stockroom activities and replenishment.
• Keep up to date with current trends and the brand's position in the market.
• Follow all operational and safety procedures within the store.
• Contribute to a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
