Job summary

Napapijri Roermond Outlet is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience. You will inspire customers, provide outstanding service, and help maintain the highest store standards.

The role offers a 9-hour-per-week contract with potential additional hours based on business needs and staff availability. Fluency in Dutch and English is highly preferred, with opportunities for product training and career development within VF.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of customer service and make every customer feel welcome and valued.
• Develop thorough knowledge of Napapijri products and collections.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards per brand guidelines.
• Support store operations, including stockroom activities and replenishment.
• Keep up to date with current trends and brand position in the market.
• Follow all operational and safety procedures in the store.
• Contribute to a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
