Job summary

Napapijri is part of VF Corporation. We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our Roermond Outlet and help provide a memorable shopping experience for every customer.

In this role you will deliver outstanding service, learn our products, maintain brand-aligned visual merchandising, support store operations, and contribute to a friendly, inclusive team. Weekend availability is a plus and growth opportunities are offered within VF.

We're looking for a passionate Sales Associate to join our Napapijri team based in Roermond Outlet.

As a Sales Associate, you will inspire our customers, deliver an excellent service, and help maintain the highest standards on our shop floor.

How you'll make a difference

We expect that our Sales Associates help deliver a memorable retail experience by:

• Providing the highest level of customer service and ensuring every customer feels welcome and valued.

• Developing a thorough knowledge of Napapijri products and collections.

• Maintaining visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines.

• Supporting store operations, including stockroom activities and replenishment.

• Keeping up to date with current trends and the brand's position within the market.

• Following all operational and safety procedures within the store.

• Contributing positively to a collaborative and inclusive team environment.

Required

• Availability to work at least one day during the weekend.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Reliability, flexibility, and a team-oriented mindset.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Strongly Preferred

• Ability to communicate in Dutch and English.

• Additional language skills are an advantage.

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales.

Working Hours

This position is available under a 9 hour per week contract.

Additional hours may be available based on business needs and employee availability.
