Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of Urban Outfitters brand and local market appeal.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a positive, friendly experience by engaging the customer through conversation and service.
• Enhance the store vibe by focusing on customers during peak hours.
• Provide a store experience that reflects the company’s mystery shop standards.
• Contribute to the overall VIBE in the store by being positive and helpful to others.
• Uphold company standards and act as a positive role model to peers.
• Work productively within the team and take initiative to collaborate.
• Assist in training and development of peers.
• Communicate positively and effectively with peers.
• Participate in daily and department meetings.
• Demonstrate proficiency in tills, shipment tasks, and fitting room guidelines.
• Assist in processing new shipments and keep receiving and back stock organized.
• Support timely completion of weekly tasks (markdowns, re-tickets, transfers, RTVs).
• Adhere to inventory control measures and health & safety regulations.
• Uphold merchandising and cleanliness standards and ensure well-stocked sales floors.
• Assist in merchandising and display projects and stay aware of current product trends.
