Job summary

Urban Outfitters Europe is seeking a customer-focused retail team member for our Rotterdam store at Beurstraverse 21. You will deliver a positive, friendly experience and uphold the store's VIBE philosophy while supporting store management.

You will engage customers, participate in training peers, assist with tills, shipments, markdowns, and merchandising, and help maintain cleanliness and safety standards in accordance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is preferred but not required.
• Awareness of Urban Outfitters brand and local market.
• Strong communication skills.
