Timberland zoekt een enthousiaste Verkoopmedewerker voor ons team in Rotterdam. Je bent het gezicht van het merk en biedt een persoonlijke winkelervaring, bouwt relaties op en geeft advies over Timberland-producten.

Je werkt minimaal één dag in het weekend in een 7,5-urig contract. VF-bedrijfsvoordelen, training en personeelskorting behoren tot de mogelijkheden.

Qualifications

Over de functie

Als Verkoopmedewerker ben jij het gezicht van het merk Timberland. Je bouwt betekenisvolle relaties op met klanten en helpt hen bij het vinden van producten die het beste aansluiten bij hun behoeften. Je draagt bij aan het succes van de winkel door uitstekende service te bieden, dagelijkse werkzaamheden te ondersteunen en hoge visuele en operationele standaarden te behouden.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

• Een uitzonderlijke en persoonlijke winkelervaring bieden aan klanten.
• Sterke relaties opbouwen met klanten en bijdragen aan merkloyaliteit.
• Productkennis delen en advies geven over Timberland-producten.
• Bijdragen aan het behalen van winkeldoelstellingen en belangrijke prestatie-indicatoren (KPI's).
• Zorgdragen voor een aantrekkelijke winkelpresentatie en nette winkelomgeving.
• Voorraad aanvullen en ondersteunen bij voorraadbeheer.
• Transacties nauwkeurig en efficiënt verwerken.
• Bijdragen aan een positieve en samenwerkingsgerichte teamsfeer.
• Ondersteunen van de dagelijkse winkelactiviteiten waar nodig.

Werkuren

Deze functie wordt aangeboden op basis van een contract van 7,5 uur per week. Afhankelijk van de bedrijfsbehoeften en jouw beschikbaarheid kunnen aanvullende uren worden aangeboden.

What We're Looking For

• Required Availability to work at least one day during the weekend.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Reliability, flexibility, and a team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strongly Preferred Ability to understand and communicate in Dutch.
• Ability to communicate in one or more additional languages.
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales.

Working Hours

This position is available under a 7.5-hour per week contract. Additional hours may be available based on business needs and employee availability.
