Job summary

GXO Logistics is seeking a dedicated QESH Specialist to join our Breda-area operation in Rijsbergen, NL. You will champion health, safety, quality and environmental standards and support continuous improvement across the warehouse.

The role reports to the Regional QESH Manager and collaborates with site leadership, operations, contractors and staff to drive a proactive safety culture. As part of a dynamic, international organisation, you will influence ISO standards, participate in audits, and

• Maintain and continuously improve the QESH management system, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety legislation, company policies and applicable standards
• Coordinate audits, inspections, corrective actions and compliance assessments across warehouse operations, equipment, processes and contractors
• Conduct risk assessments, support incident and near-miss investigations, and help identify robust corrective and preventive actions
• Monitor QESH performance data, trends and compliance metrics, providing practical recommendations to management and operational teams

Reporting to the Regional QESH Manager, this role will play a key part in developing, implementing, maintaining and continuously improving the QESH management system across the operation.
