Boehringer Ingelheim Animal Health NL is seeking a Field Technical Service Manager (Ruminants) to act as a trusted scientific and business partner for veterinarians, farmers, and internal teams. The role combines veterinary expertise with livestock insights to provide technical leadership across the ruminant portfolio.

You will build relationships in the veterinary and agricultural community, support adoption of AH solutions, and contribute to portfolio decisions through scientific input.

Qualifications

• Strong veterinary background and field acumen.
• Experience engaging with veterinarians, farmers, and internal teams.
• Proven ability to translate science into practical, commercially valuable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert veterinary and technical support to veterinarians, farmers, and customers via on-site visits and consultations.
• Drive adoption of product strategies by translating scientific data into practical herd health recommendations.
• Deliver technical training and education to internal and external stakeholders.
• Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and industry bodies to support portfolio growth.
• Develop and communicate scientific content such as bulletins, presentations, and sales support materials.
