Job summary

Solarplaza in Rotterdam offers an HR internship spanning recruitment, onboarding, employee development, engagement and offboarding. You’ll work with our HR Associate and Finance & HR Manager, gaining hands-on experience across the full employee journey in a fast-paced, international setting.

You’ll participate in an HR project tailored to your studies, with guidance and a practical path to taking on real responsibilities within a mission-driven renewables environment.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an HBO or university HR-related program for the full duration of the internship.
• Interest in HR across recruitment, onboarding, employee development and offboarding.
• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced, international organization.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment from application to onboarding.
• Assist with candidate screening, interviews and candidate experience.
• Support onboarding and help new colleagues feel welcome from day one.
