Johnson & Johnson Leiden site is seeking an engaged Operations Shift Lead to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient daily production. You will lead shift teams, serve as Building Captain for emergencies, and collaborate across departments to remove roadblocks and drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading shift teams in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of GMP and SOPs in pharmaceutical production.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement and Lean practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the emergency response team and act as Building Captain for safety.
• Apply GMP and SOPs to ensure compliance with internal/external standards.
• Coordinate resource allocation to meet production schedules and quality targets.
• Monitor daily plans, perform Gemba walks, and remove roadblocks.
• Escalate issues and foster cross‑department collaboration.
• Identify and implement process improvements with visual management.
• Work a rotating two-morning/two-evening shift with weekend rotation; shift allowance provided.
