Job summary

The Social Hub is seeking an enthusiastic Housekeeping Supervisor for our Amsterdam West location. You will oversee quality, consistency and cleanliness of rooms, shared kitchens and public areas, in collaboration with internal and external partners.

Lead, coach and plan the housekeeping team; set operational plans and schedules; coordinate tasks and people; ensure stock control of guest and cleaning supplies; maintain high standards for 707 rooms and 52 shared kitchens.

Qualifications

• Experience leading housekeeping teams is welcome but not required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
• Legal right to work in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Manage the housekeeping team and ensure tasks are performed correctly.
• Set up operational plans and schedules.
• Coordinate tasks and people across shifts.
• Lead and coach the team to high standards.
• Act as main contact with guests and suppliers.
• Handle stock control and ordering of supplies.
• Ensure quality control for 707 rooms and 52 shared kitchens.
• Create and implement improvements in housekeeping processes with external partners.
• Plan and schedule housekeepers for public areas and shared kitchens.
