Responsibilities

• Run your own section and make it feel effortless.
• Recommend drinks and dishes and share the story behind them to elevate the moment.
• Serve with speed and precision, even when the rooftop is packed.
• Collaborate closely with bar and kitchen to deliver a seamless rooftop experience.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety and presentation standards at all times.
• Assist with setup and closing, including carrying trays and preparing for service.
